摘　　要：医疗保险诚信建设是构建互信的就医报销环境,避免"骗保"等缺失诚信的问题发生、保障医保基金安全的重要举措。从医保诚信内涵、现状问题及其原因分析、解决措施等3个方面着手,阐述诚信建设在医疗保障制度建设方面的重要作用。Integrity construction of medical insurance means building a mutual trust medical reimbursement envi- ronment, avoiding the problem of lacking integrity, such as ＂potential fraud＂, and some important initiatives of protecting the safety of health insurance fund. This article described the important role of integrity construction in the medical security system through the analysis of the connotation, the status quo and the problems of medical in- tegrity, the causes and the solutions.
