摘　　要：诊疗卡是医药卫生信息化建设的重要组成部分。通过分析医院诊疗卡系统实施的意义及在各地区的应用现状,提出诊疗卡存在的问题及相应对策,为医疗体制改革和区域卫生信息化的发展提供参考。The medical card is an important part of the construction of medical and health mtormatlomzanon, in this paper, through the analysis of the implication and status quo of application of the hospital medical card system in various regions, the problems and countermeasures of medical card were identified, thus to provide a reference for health care reform and the development of regional health informationization.
