摘　　要：目的了解福利院老年人自杀意念的发生率及相关因素,对不同特征的老年人自杀意念进行比较,为老年人自杀行为的早期干预提供依据。方法整群抽取在武汉市沌口福利院居住的老年人(年龄≥60岁),自行设计调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果在接受调查的63名老年人中,共有8名老年人有自杀意念(12.70%),其中男性7人,女性1人,不同性别、不同年龄自杀意念的检出率差异无统计学意义。有自杀意念者更倾向于觉得需要家人或他人生活或经济和精神上的支持和帮助,抑郁增加了老年人自杀意念者的发生。结论生活在此福利院的老年人多为单身、缺少家庭和社会支持的群体,自杀意念发生率较高,自杀的预防工作更应重点关注有抑郁症状的老年人。Objectives By comparing the suicidal ideation of the different elderly and the investigation about sui- cidal ideation in Zhuankou Welfare Centre in Wuhan to provide reference for preventing the elderly in welfare centre from suicide. Methods All the 63 elders （older than 60 years old） in Zhuankou Welfare Centre in Wuhan were in- vestigated using self-designed questionnaire. Results Of all the 63 respondents, there are 8 elders（12.70%）had sui- cidal ideation. Seven elders were men while one was a woman. However, there is no statistical difference for inci- dence rate of suicidal ideation for the elderly of different gender, age. Those who had suicidal ideation needed more economical and emotional support from their families and others. Depression increased the incidence of suicidal idea- tion. Conclusions In the welfare centre with high incidence rate of suicidal ideation, men with their wives passing a- way are high risk population of suicidal ideation, and need more attention.
