摘　　要：环境污染越来越受到社会的关注,而工业污染是造成环境污染的重要原因。工业污染排放量的变化与工业增长方式有着密切的关系,而这种增长方式的转变主要是通过规模、技术、结构和治理等诸多因素的共同效应来体现的。要实现经济发展与环境保护的"双赢",唯一的出路就是发展复合生态系统,走生态工业道路。工业企业复合生态系统追求经济效益、环境效益、社会效益相统一的目标,欲达此目标必须实现硬件、软件、心件三者的协调配合。Environmental pollution is getting more and more attention of the society. And industrial pollution is the important reason that causes environmental pollution. The change of industrial emissions and the industrial growth modes have a close relationship, and the change of growth modes is mainly reflected through the common effect of scale, technology, structure, governance and many other factors. To realize the ＂win - win＂ of economic development and environmental protection, the only way out is to develop the compound ecosystem and track the road of ecological industry. Industrial compound ecosystem pursues the unified goal of economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. And in order to achieve this goal, we must realize the coordination of hardware, software and heartware.
