新经济时代知识经济管理的发展趋势研究

摘　　要：目前对知识经济的定义有很多版本,但无论怎样定义,都不能否认当前所处的时代环境、信息科技以及其创造出的价值,都深深影响着全人类文明与价值系统。本文探讨了在这种环境下,管理学发展趋势:大量地对知识管理进行探讨,已从管理哲学的知识类型转化与创新优势的探讨,发展到知识型组织的实际运作;而有关知识工作者的崛起、配合新经济形态的成型、人力资源管理的议题已更加注重国际人力资源的管理与发展,以及多元化管理的核心价值确立。Although knowledge economy has been defined in many ways currently, it can＇ t be denied that contemporary environment, informational technology and the value it creates deeply influence the civilization and value system of all mankind. The paper intends to explore a brand - new transformation of management under such a circumstance that a great deal of studies has been conducted on knowledge management, ranging from the knowledge transformation of management philosophy and the explo- ration of innovation advantages to the actual operation of knowledge - based organization. With the rise of knowledge workers and the formation of new economic type, human resource management will put more emphasis on the management and de- velopment of international human resources and the establishment of core value of diversified management.
