建设项目工程造价管理信息系统构建及运用

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展的加速和国际地位的提高,对建设项目工程造价管理效率和造价估价的准确度提出了新的要求。建设项目工程造价管理信息系统利用先进的计算机和网络技术,为提高建设项目工程造价管理效率提供了可能。当前,工程造价信息化管理在发展中出现了系统功能不全面、信息更新不及时和人员不符合要求等问题,应厘清工程造价管理信息系统的总体设计思路,构建系统目标,进行主要模块设计,在扩大建设项目工程造价管理信息系统时应关注工作机制、数据库资源、人员素质培养等事项。With the acceleration of China＇ s economic development and the improvement of its international status, new demands have been put forward on the efficiency of construction project cost management and the accuracy of cost valuation. The cost management information system of construction project utilizes advanced computer and network technologies, providing the possibilities for the high efficiency and nationalization of construction project cost management. This paper points out some problems appeared in the development of information management of engineering cost, including incomplete system features, untimely information update, and unqualified personnel and so on. The paper also puts forward the overall design ideas, system objectives and main module design of constructing engineering cost management information system. Meanwhile, it also indicates that working mechanism, database resources, personnel training and other matters should be focused on when pro- moting the cost management information system of construction project.
