摘　　要：粮食安全问题是关系到国家政治经济稳定和社会发展的全局性和根本性问题,也是国内外学者关注的热点问题。本文首先对国内外粮食安全的概念与内涵进行梳理,国外学者注重粮食安全的人权特征,国内学者对粮食安全的定义具体而全面;关于"谁来养活中国"这一国际话题,国内外学者纷纷对Brown Lester R的观点进行了驳斥;在此基础上,对影响中国粮食安全的人口、产能、生产、加工、储备、物流、价格、宏观政策等因素,以及确保粮食安全的策略选择相关研究进行梳理;最后进行了简要评述和展望。The food security is a comprehensive and fundamental issue influencing national political and economic stabilities and social development, and is also the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Firstly, this review concludes the research findings on the concept and the connotation of food security. Foreign scholars focus on human rights of food security, while domestic scholars focus on the specific and comprehensive definition of food security. Secondly, scholars have refuted the view of Brown Lester R about ＂who will feed China？＂. Thirdly, it analyzes the influencing factors such as population, production capacity, pro- duction, processing, storage, logistics, prices, macroeconomic policies and so on. In the end, it briefly evaluates and forecasts the research trend of food security in China.
