摘　　要：探讨空心罗拉紧密纺改造的纺纱效果。阐述了空心罗拉紧密纺机构原理以及在FA506型细纱机上实施改造的方法,并与普通环锭纺、三罗拉紧密纺、四罗拉紧密纺进行了纺纱对比。结果表明,该改造方式成纱条干好、毛羽少,强力稍低于网格圈式紧密纺。认为,该改造方式具有成纱质量较好、运行成本较低的特点,有一定推广价值。Spinning effect of hollow roller compact spinning modification was discussed. Principle of hollow roller compact spinning and method of modification on FAS06 spinning frame were introduced. The spinning effect was contras- ted to traditional ring spinning, three-roller compact spinning and four-roller compact spinning. The result shows that evenness of the yarn spun by the modification is better,the hairiness is less, the strength is lower slightly to lattice apron compact spinning. It is considered that quality of the yarn spun by the modification is better,the operating cost is lower, the promotional value is better.
