摘  要:总结络筒清纱工艺参数优化中应注意的问题。阐述了现代清纱系统质量控制的特点,分别介绍了采用Quantum2型和Quantum3型电子清纱器的C/T 60/40 14.6 tex品种的清纱工艺优化过程。指出,现代清纱系统能够有效监控纱线质量并指导控制前道生产;清纱参数的合理优化应以准确掌握原纱疵点分布情况和后道织物质量要求为前提,以达到兼顾产量和质量的目的。Problems which should be paid attention to yarn cleaning parameter in winding process were summa- rized. Features in quality control of modem yam cleaning system were introduced. Optimization process of C/T 60/40 14.6 rex yam cleaning processing were introduced respectively by adopting Quantum2 electronic yarn clearer and Quan- tum3 electronic yam clearer. It is considered that yarn quality can be detected effectively and production can be directed by adopting modem yam cleaning system. Precise yam defect distribution and post fabric quality demand should be taken as prerequisite to optimize yam cleaning parameter properly, then the aims of ensuring output and quality can be reached.
