摘 要:探讨假捻纺纱机构产业化应用的可行性。分析阐述了现有六类假捻纺纱机构的结构特点及原理,提出以空间占用、投资成本、运行成本、操控性能、知识产权等几个方面的技术经济指标作为产业化应用可行性的判断依据,对上述几种假捻纺纱机构的产业化应用条件进行了综合比较。认为,龙带切向摩擦假捻结构是当前相对性价比较高的技术方案,但如同其他假捻机构一样,存在着纱条轴向输送运动与假捻元件的滑动摩擦对纱条带来的负面影响,应进一步着力解决。Feasibility of spinning false-twist mechanism industrial application was discussed. Structural features and principle of existing six kinds of false-twist mechanisms were analyzed and introduced. Technology and economic in- dicators of some aspects were selected as judgment of industrial application feasibility, such as space occupation, invest- ment cost, operating cost, control performance and intellectual property rights. Application conditions of the above false- twist mechanisms were contrasted comprehensively. It is considered that cost-effective of belt tangential friction false- twist structure is current higher technology case relatively. While like other false-twist mechanism, negative influence is still existed,i, e. the effect of yarn transport in axial and false-twist component sliding friction, which should be solved in further.
