摘  要:总结津田驹新型浆纱机技术特点。介绍了津田驹新型浆纱机采用的片纱无接触垂直引进烘房技术、多单元分节单独应用AC矢量电机传动及经纱张力控制技术、多样化的上浆技术、烘干技术及T-MDS计算机技术。认为新技术应用推动着浆纱机的发展,认真学习和研究这些新技术有助于加快我国新型浆纱机的研制。Technology features of Tsudakoma new sizing machine were summarized. New technologaes adopted in Tsudakoma new sizing machine were introduced, such as technology of inserting piece yarn vertically in drying room with- out contact, technology of applying AC vector motor drive independently in multi-units and sub-section, technology of con- trolling warp tension, diversified sizing technology, dry technology and T-MDS computer technology. It is considered that development of sizing machine is promoted by the new technology. It is helpful to accelerate domestic new sizing machine development by researching the new technologies.
