末端物流共同配送模式及决策路径——基于电商物流和社区服务的供需分析

摘　　要：2012年电商物流在"最后一千米"共同配送上的各种新尝试可谓百花齐放。本文首先对末端物流的需求与供给情况分别进行分析,即先基于零售业态改变和社区服务发展对末端物流需求进行分析;其次对末端物流已运行的各种新模式的差异点、优缺点及其适用性进行分析;再次基于电商供应链网络关系图提出各种可能合作模式;最后依据供需情况及纵向一体化战略所需考虑的三个决策点提出电商供应链上各节点企业选择上述模式时的决策路径。A variety of attempts on the 'last mile'joint distribution by electric business logistics in 2012 can be described as flourishing blossom.Firstly,the paper conducts a respective analysis of the demand and supply situation of terminal logistics,including terminal logistics needs analysis based on changes in retail formats and the development of community services,and differences,the advantages and disadvantages of applicability among all running modes of terminal logistics.Then,the paper puts forward all possible modes of cooperation based on the electric business supply chain network diagram.Finally,all node enterprises on the supply chain select appropriate mode of decision-making path based on three decision points that need to be considered,that is,supply and demand situation and strategy of vertical integration.
