摘  要:目的:研究紫背天葵提取物对糖尿病模型大鼠的降血糖作用。方法:给予大鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(100mg/kg)以复制糖尿病模型。实验分为正常对照(等容生理盐水)、模型(等容生理盐水)、二甲双胍与紫背天葵高、中、低剂量(5、2.5、1.25mg/kg)组,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续28d,末次给药第2天测定大鼠血糖含量水平与体质量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血糖水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,紫背天葵高剂量组大鼠血糖水平显著下降(P<0.05);紫背天葵提取液高、中、低剂量组大鼠体质量变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论:高剂量紫背天葵提取物对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病模型大鼠具有一定的降糖作用。To explore the hypoglycemic effects of extract of Gynura bicolor on diabetes model rats. METHODS: Diabetic rat model was induced by alloxan (100 mg/kg) intraperitoneally. The rats were divided into normal control group (constant volume of normal saline), model group (constant volume of normal saline), metformin group and G. bicolor high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (5, 2.5, 1.25 mg/kg). They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 28 days. The levels of blood glucose and body weight were investigated by colorimetric method on the next clay of last administration. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group, the level of blood glucose increased significantly in model group (P〈 0.01). Compared with model group, the level of blood glucose decreased significantly in G. bicolor high-dose group (P〈0.05) ;the change of body weight was not significant in G. bicolor groups(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: High-dose of G. bicolor extract decreases the level of blood glucose in alloxan-induced diabetes rats.
