摘  要:目的:制定民族药铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对该炮制品进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中苯甲酰乌头原碱的含量,并对样品进行水分、灰分与浸出物测定。结果:TLC中苯甲酰乌头原碱斑点明显,分离度好;样品中苯甲酰乌头原碱的质量分数在0.53%~1.73%之间,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、70%乙醇浸出物的平均质量分数分别为2.80%、2.89%、1.08%、21.38%。铁棒锤砂炒炮制品中不得检出乌头碱。结论:所建标准可用于铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量控制和评价。To establish the quality standard for stir-baked products of ethnic drug Aconitum pendulum. METHODS: The processed products were identified by TLC quantitatively, and the contents of benzoylaconine in samples were determined by HPLC. The determination of moisture, ash and extracts were conducted. RESULTS: The spots of TLC were evident and had a good degree of separation; the mass fraction of benzoylaconine in samples were 0.53%-1.73% ; average mass fraction of moisture was 2.80%, that of total ash content was 2.89%, and that of acid-insoluble ash was 1.08%. The average mass fraction of 70% ethanol extracts was 21.38 %. No aconitine was found in stir-baked products of A. pendulum. CONCLUSION: Established standard is suitable for quality control and evaluation of stir-baked products of A. pendulum.
