民族药铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:制定民族药铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对该炮制品进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中苯甲酰乌头原碱的含量,并对样品进行水分、灰分与浸出物测定。结果:TLC中苯甲酰乌头原碱斑点明显,分离度好;样品中苯甲酰乌头原碱的质量分数在0.53%～1.73%之间,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、70%乙醇浸出物的平均质量分数分别为2.80%、2.89%、1.08%、21.38%。铁棒锤砂炒炮制品中不得检出乌头碱。结论:所建标准可用于铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量控制和评价。To establish the quality standard for stir-baked products of ethnic drug Aconitum pendulum. METHODS： The processed products were identified by TLC quantitatively, and the contents of benzoylaconine in samples were determined by HPLC. The determination of moisture, ash and extracts were conducted. RESULTS： The spots of TLC were evident and had a good degree of separation; the mass fraction of benzoylaconine in samples were 0.53%-1.73% ; average mass fraction of moisture was 2.80%, that of total ash content was 2.89%, and that of acid-insoluble ash was 1.08%. The average mass fraction of 70% ethanol extracts was 21.38 %. No aconitine was found in stir-baked products of A. pendulum. CONCLUSION： Established standard is suitable for quality control and evaluation of stir-baked products of A. pendulum.
