注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶在腹部手术中应用的安全性及有效性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶(HCA)在腹部手术中应用的安全性及有效性。方法:腹部手术患者40例作HCA组,围手术期静脉注射HCA,观察给药前和给药后第1、3天患者凝血功能、血常规、肝肾功能指标;同时,选择同期收治的同类手术患者40例作对照组,围手术期除不注射HCA外,其余处理均同HCA组,观察两组患者手术渗血、出血量与术后引流管引流量的情况。结果:HCA用于腹部手术,给药前与给药后第1、3天,凝血功能、血常规、肝肾功能指标无显著性变化(P>0.05);与对照组比较,HCA组手术中术野渗血、出血量与术后引流管引流量显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:注射用HCA在腹部手术中应用较安全、有效。To observe the effectiveness and safety of Hemocoagulase agkistrodon （HCA） for injection in abdominal surgery. METHODS： 40 abdominal surgical patients were included in HCA group and they were administrated by HCA during perioperative period. The coagulative function, blood routine, hepatic and renal function were observed before and 1 day and 3 days after the operation; meanwhile, another 40 abdominal surgical patients as control group who did not administrated by HCA during perioperative were enrolled, and the surgical bleeding, amount of bleeding and drainage volume were observed after the operation. RESULTS： After treated with HCA, there was no significant change in the coagulation function, blood routine test, hepat- ic and renal function index before and 1 day or 3 days after the operation（P〉0.05）. Compared with control group, surgical field bleeding, amount of bleeding and postoperative drainage volume were reduced significantly after the operation（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： HCA for iniection is safe and effective during abdominal surgry.
