摘　　要：目的以西部某大型综合性三甲医院2004～2008年5年内14个临床科室作为研究对象,对其进行相对效率研究。方法通过应用聚类分析法确定投入产出指标、进行数据调查,采用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法中CCR和BCC模型对各科室相对效率进行评价和分析。结果分析了DEA方法在临床科室相对效率评价中的应用价值,总结了应用中在指标选择、数据处理和结果判读方面需注意的问题,并提出了DEA应用于临床科室相对效率评价的发展方向。结论利用DEA对相对效率进行分析,对医院管理具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE This article put the 14 clinical departments of a western first rate hospital during 2004 to 2008 as the research objects to evaluate the relative efficiency. METHODS Used the CCR and BCC model of Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） method to evaluate and analyze the relative efficiency indicators of different departments through the application of clus- ter analysis method to determine the input-output indicators and data survey. RESULTS To combine with the actual situation and operation measures of clinical department, this article put forward the adjustment program of the management, analyzed the value of the DEA method in the clinical evaluation of the relative efficiency of departments, put forward the attentions in the se- lection of indicators, data processing and result interpretation, the clinical evaluation of the relative efficiency of departments nlnvg An irnnartant role in the hnanitnl mnnn^rgmt＊nf and proposed the development direction of DEA applications in CONCLUSION Using DEA to evaluate the relative efficiency
