摘　　要：目的对比3种二氧化氯消毒方法对空气的消毒效果。方法分别用100mg/L的二氧化氯溶液以熏蒸、气溶胶喷雾以及普通喷雾3种方式对密闭舱内人工染的白色葡萄球菌和室内空气自然菌消毒。结果密闭舱内和室内空间中,当二氧化氯消毒液在空间使用比例为20ml/m3时,作用30min,3种消毒方式的灭菌率都达到消毒技术规范规定的范围;但随着消毒液用量减少和密闭间对外开放,气溶胶喷雾消毒杀菌率最高,抑菌时间最长,气体熏蒸普通喷雾的消毒杀菌率和抑菌时间均比前两种方法差。结论在试验的3种灭菌方法中,气溶胶喷雾法杀菌率最高,抑菌时间更长。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of chlorine dioxide air disinfection by three methods including chlorine dioxide fumigation, aerosol spray and spray. METHODS 100mg/L chlorine dioxide solution was used by the methods of fumigation, aerosol spray and spray, and the effect of air disinfection against Staphylococcus and natural bacteria by the three ways were compared. RESULTS With 20ml/m3 100 mg/L hlorine dioxide for 30 rain, the 3 disinfection methods could make the total count of bacterial in the air to sanitary standard. As chlorine dioxide decreased with open space, aerosol spray had the higher rate of sterilization and could last for the longer time than gas fumigation and regular spray. CONCLUSION In three sterilization methods, effect of aerosol spray is the best.
