糖尿病肾病CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群和D-二聚体的表达研究

摘　　要：目的观察CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群和D-二聚体(DD)的水平变化,探讨在糖尿病肾病诊断与治疗中的作用。方法按照Mogensen的DN分型标准对SDM组、EDN组、CDN组和对照组在24h尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)、CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群、DD上进行结果对照。结果 EDN组和CDN组在CRP、T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)和DD上与SDM组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);EDN组和CDN组在CRP、T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)和DD上比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论联合检测血CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群和D-二聚体对糖尿病肾病早期诊断及治疗有一定意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the regularity of C-reactive protein, T lymphocyte subgroup and D-Dimer in patients with diabetic nephropathy, to evaluate the roles in diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. METHODS Divided the patients with diabetic nephropathy into SDM group, EDN group and CDN group according to the Mogensen DN minute stan- dards, compared the 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, C-reactive protein, T lymphocyte subgroup and D- Dimer level in these groups and control group. RESULTS EDN group and CDN group had statistical differences with SDM group and the control group in C-reactive protein, T lymphocyte subgroup （CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋） and D-Dimer level （P 〈 0.05）. EDN group had statistical differences with CDN group in C-reactive protein, T lymphocyte subgroup （CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋） and D-Dimer level （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Combination measurement of C-reactive protein, T lymphocyte subgroup and D-Dimer may play a certain role in early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
