摘　　要：以四乙烯五胺/二乙二醇(TEPA/DEG)为解交联剂,采用力化学法使废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫解交联,得到可再生的聚氨酯粉末(RRPU),利用GPC测试了RRPU分子质量。采用熔融共混法制备了PVC/RRPU复合材料,研究了RRPU的含量、增塑剂含量对PVC/RRPU复合材料力学性能的影响,并利用SEM观察了复合材料断面形态。研究表明:废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫解交联为较小分子量的聚合物,且其分子量分布较窄。当RRPU的含量为70%,DOP的含量为复合材料的15%时,PVC/RRPU复合材料具有较好的力学性能,复合材料断面中相界面模糊,两相黏结作用较好。Taking tetraethylene pentamine/diethylene glycoI（TEPA/DEG） as anti-crosslinking agent, the reused rigid polyurethane foam （RRPU） was obtained by force and chemical methods to decrosslink the waste RRPU, and the molecular weight of the RRPU was tested by gel permeation chromatography （GPC）. PVC/RRPU composites was prepared by the melt blending method. The effect of the content of RRPU and plasticizer on mechanical properties were investigated, and the impact fracture surface morphologies were observed by a scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The results show that RRPU is decrosslinked into small molecular weight polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution. When the mass fraction of RRPU is 70% and DOP is 15% of composites, the mechanical properties of PVC/RRPU composites are good and the phase fracture section of composites is fuzzy because of preferable bonding between two phase.
