“四清”:克服不良文风的四条有效对策

摘　　要：文风历来是官风、党风、政风的集中反映。从毛泽东、邓小平、胡锦涛到习近平几代领导人"都盯着文风不放松",刚刚出台的中央政治局关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定中,也强调提出"切实改进文风"的指示要求。为此,本文谨从一个公文正文内容要素分析的学术角度入手,提出"认清鹄的"、"弄清知识"、"澄清规范"、"肃清吏治"等四条有效克服不良文风的"四清"对策如下,以期促进这一顽症的彻底治疗。Style of writing always focus the general mood of Office, Party, and political. The leaders included Mao Tse-Tung, Deng Xiao-ping, Hu Jin-tao and Xi Jin-Ping all had attached importance to style of writing. The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee drew up 8 provisions about Improve their work style and close ties with the masses, there was the claim about earnestly improved style of writing. For this reason,this article put forward 4 countermeasures： ＂See clearly the purpose＂,＂ Recognize the knowledge＂,＂ Clarify the specification＂ and ＂Eliminate the Officialdom＂, in order to overcome bad style of writing, from the point of the analysis of content elements of official document.
