摘　　要：进入新世纪的十年来,英国档案教育在国际档案教育界的影响力逐年扩大,目前英国诸多开设档案学专业的高校已经成为欧洲档案教育与人才培养的重要基地。这种跨越式的进步与发展要得益于英国档案教育界一直所倡导的多元化档案教育模式。本文通过对英国档案教育层次、课程体系和教学方式多元化特点的分析,总结并阐释我国开展多元化档案教育模式的可行性。n last archival education, and ten years, British archival now some British universities tant Foundation on archival education and personnel education has made a big intluence in international who own archives major have already been an impor- training in Europe. Thank to the diversifying education mode on Archives in some British universities, this big development and achievement could be made. So this paper will analyse the diversification on archival education level, curriculum system and educational pattern, and introspect the feasibility planning for Chinese archival education in the future.
