中国人民大学2012届档案学专业毕业生就业状况分析

摘　　要：档案学专业学生就业状况是档案学教育质量的重要衡量指标之一,文章选取中国人民大学信息资源管理学院的2012届档案学专业毕业生的就业状况作为分析对象,以翔实的就业数据为基础,重点对毕业生的就业形势及其原因作了归纳总结,并对学院的就业指导办法进行了概括梳理。Archival science students＂ employment status is an important standard of the quality of archival science education. This article selects the employment status of the graduates of the Information Resources Management College of Renmin University of China in 2012 as the analysis object, and based on the detailed employment data, we focus on graduates＇ employment situation and summarize the related reasons, as well as the Career Guidance approaches of the college.
