摘　　要：20世纪60年代以来,西方大学经历了一场治理结构再造运动。在这场运动中,先后出现了两种大学治理范式:第一,回应民主诉求范式;第二,提高绩效范式。目前正处于从回应民主诉求范式向提高绩效范式转型期。Since the 1960s, a governance structure reinvention has been experienced in Western universities. There have appeared two university governance paradigms in this campaign. Firstly, the paradigm of responding to the democratic demands. Secondly, the paradigm of improving governance performance. The university governance paradigm is transiting from the paradigm of responding to democratic demand to the paradigm of improving governance performance currently.
