摘 要:目的研究秀丽莓根精油成分的组成及相对含量。方法采用GC-MS法分离鉴定秀丽莓根二氧化碳超临界流体萃取所得精油化学成分并测定其相对含量。结果秀丽莓根精油成分得率为3.42%,分离鉴定出39种成分,主要成分为桉叶油二烯-5,11(13)-内酯-8,12、γ-衣兰油烯、β-谷甾醇、榄香醇、圆柚醇、β-桉叶醇、喇叭烯氧化物、维生素A醋酸酯、1,5,9-三甲基-1,5,9-环十二碳三烯、荜澄茄油烯醇、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮、香橙烯氧化物等。结论二氧化碳超临界流体萃取的精油成分是秀丽莓清肺止咳的药效组分之一。Objective To study the chemical compositions and their relevant content in essemtial oils in root of Xiulimei (Rubus amabilis Foeke. ). Methods The chemical compositions in essemtial oils in root of Xiulimei, extracted with carbon dioxide supercritieal fluid extraction, were separated and identi- fied, and there relevant content were detected by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- MS). Results The yield of the essential oil was 3.42%. There were 39 compositions separated and identified, including eudesma-5, 11 (13)-alien-8, 12-olide, γ-muurolene,β-sitosterol, elemol, nootkatone, β-eudesmol, ledene oxide, retinol acetate, 1,5,9-trimethyl-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene, cubenol, lupeol acetate, stigmast-4-en-3-one, aromadendrene oxide, etc. Conclusion The essential oils, extracted with carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction, is one of efficacy compositions for clearing lung and stopping cough in root of Xiulimei.
