清热解毒法治疗轻型、普通型流行性乙型脑炎163例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热解毒法治疗轻型、普通型流行性乙型脑炎的临床疗效。方法 163例轻型、普通型流行性乙型脑炎,采用随机数字表法随机分为2组。患者分为西药对照组68例,中药治疗组95例,分别比较2组间的临床疗效、症状、体征改善情况及平均住院时间。结果治疗组降温(5.12±2.20)d、平均昏迷时间(3.35±1.42)d、平均缓解抽搐时间(3.80±2.20)d、平均住院天数(20.00±2.50)d均比对照组短,且恶化和后遗症较少,治愈率高;治疗组临床有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),并且在降低体温、缓解抽搐、意识恢复、平均住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒法对轻型、普通型流行性乙型脑炎有显著疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of clearing heat and resolving toxin on mild and ordinary epidemic encephalitis B. Methods The patients （n = 163） were randomly divided into control group （n = 68 ） and treatment group （n = 95 ） by using the method of random digits table. The curative effect, relieving of symptoms and signs and average hospitalization time were compared between two groups. Results The duration of dropping temperature （5. 12 ± 2.20 ） d, average coma time （3.35 ±1.42） d, average duration of relieving spasm （3. 8. 00± 2. 20） d and average days of hospitalization （20. 00±2.50 ） d all were shorter in treatment group with less aggravated cases and sequela. The effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the effects of dropping temperature, relieving spasm, recovering consciousness and shortening average days of hospitalization were higher in treatment group than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of clearing heat and resolving toxin has a significant curative effect on mild and ordinary epidemic encephalitis B.
