转轨时期高校体制变革对高校知识转移影响的实证研究

摘　　要：基于制度理论和协同效用理论,分析了高校合并对知识转移的影响,提出了研究假设,并通过负二项回归方法对假设进行检验。结果表明:高校合并后知识转移量显著大于合并之前的知识转移量;被合并高校的知识量、高校之间类型相似度、参与合并高校的相对规模等对合并后高校知识转移量存在不同的影响。Based on institutional theory and synergy effect theory,we analyze the effect of university mergers on university knowledge transfer and propose the research hypothesis and use negative binomial regression to test these hypotheses.The results show that: the university knowledge transfer of the post-acquisitions is more than pre-acquisitions;the knowledge base of the acquired university,the relatedness of the acquiring and acquired universities,the relative size between the acquired and acquiring university have different impacts on the knowledge transfer of the post-acquisition universities.
