摘 要:通过实例,详细介绍了智能间抽装置在油井产量递减时引起的供液不足、油井液面低于泵吸入口深度而导致的抽油机运转效率降低、增大抽油泵空抽磨损、降低抽油泵的使用寿命的难题,根据油井的供液情况制定抽油机的生产工作时间,手动控制抽油机的启停。实践证明,在确保油井产液量基本稳定的前提下,根据油井动液面即沉没度的大小,油井实施智能间抽,不仅大幅度减少无功损耗,油井泵效及系统效率有了明显提高,实现了油井生产的最优化运行,节能效果显著。Through example, the article detailedly introduces that oil wells can not feed enough fluid which causes fluid surface of oil well lower than pump suction depth which decrease well pumpD,g unit' s action efficiency , broaden oil punp empty drawing abrasion and decrease oil pumping' s service life when well yield decreases year by year, The Intellect Interval Drawing Equip draws up well pumping unit' s working time according to fluid feeding situation of oil well and controls well pumping unit' s.start and stop by manual. Practice proofs that based on e:tsuring mass production foundation, according to oil well' s producing fluid level(ie submergence depth), oil well intellect interval drawing can decrease reactive loss vigorously and raise oil well pump' s and system' s efficiency obviously, then realizes optimization of oil well producing and saves energy remarkably.
