摘　　要：根据中小型铸件V法铸造生产线的特点，阐述了V法造型线的工艺流程和主要技术参数，分析了砂处理系统需要解决的问题，并介绍了V法铸造生产线的主要设备。V法铸造生产线采用半自动化控制，可缩短生产周期，提高生产效率。According to the characteristic of V-process production line for small and medium castings, the technological process and main technical parameters of molding line for V-process were presented. The problems to be solved in sand preparing system were analyzed. And the main equipments for V-process were recommended. The V-process production line with semi-automatic control can shorten production cycle and improve production efficiency.
