摘　　要：在全球核电遭遇寒冬，我国内陆核电审批无望的当下，核电公司在小核电方面的布局，似乎为整个行业带来一丝回暖的迹象。When the global nuclear power suffers its winter and inland nuclear power approval meets a hopeless moment, the nuclear power company starts small nuclear power projects. It seems that for the industry, it is a sign for a warm time. 'Small nuclear power has no limit whether inland or coastal; it is its unique development prospects.' Ye Qizhen who involved designing our country's irst nuclear reactor said so. In other words, a small nuclear power is not limited by national plan. Perhaps, small nuclear power can reopen inland nuclear power market. 'Small nuclear power can be made an industry rather than a tactical action.' Cheng Huiping, deputy director of the nuclear power department of CNNC, said. Cheng Huiping is in charge of small nuclear power team of CNNC, and also one of small nuclear power experts. Cheng admits that since 2010 CNNC starts small reactor ACP100, the company has been put into 600 million Yuan, 'In 2013 design of ACP100 will be completed, once the project is approved by the relevant state department, it can start the construction'. When traditional nuclear power faces huddles, small nuclear power gets more and more attention in the industry. Nuclear power companies start planning and enclosure. Can small nuclear power drive the nuclear power industry revived?
