摘　　要：本文立足于我国农村的实际调查,参考国外成功经验,并充分考虑调查中发现的农民的信息偏好以及信息技术使用特点,有针对性地提出了以农民需求为导向的农村信息技术推广和应用的几点策略,以促进农村社会进一步发展。Based on the practical investigation and some foreign countries＇ experiences, the paper proposed some measures and solutions to promote IT applications to the China countrysides＇ progress, which took account of the present rural development conditions of our country and the requirement tendentiousness of the rural IT users. The purpose is to make the technologies more accessable for the farming and rural affairs and the further developments in China countryside.
