摘  要:目的:测定同一产地不同生长期的苦玄参药材不同药用部位叶、茎、根中苦玄参苷IA的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),C18柱分离分析,以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(36∶64)为流动相,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长264 nm,柱温25℃。结果:苦玄参叶中苦玄参苷IA的平均含量从头年6月份到次年1月份分别为0.37%,0.66%,0.59%,0.45%,0.35%,0.34%,0.31%,0.23%;苦玄参茎中苦玄参苷IA的平均含量从头年6月份到次年1月份分别为0.24%,0.38%,0.36%,0.24%,0.13%,0.08%,0.03%,0.02%;苦玄参根中苦玄参苷IA的含量在7月份最高,为0.18%,其余月份均未检测到。结论:以苦玄参苷IA的含量为参考,苦玄参不同药用部位的苦玄参苷IA均在7,8月份的含量最高,可初步确定苦玄参的最佳采收时间为7,8月份,结果为苦玄参药材的采收加工和规范化种植提供了科学依据。Objective:To determine the content of piefeltarraenin IA in different medicinal parts of Picria fel-tarrae in different growth periods. Method: High performance of liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted, the separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous acetic acid solution (36∶64) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm and the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. Result: From the last year in June to the next year in January, average content of piefeltarraenin IA in leaves were listed monthly as follows: 0.37%, 0.66%, 0.59%, 0.45%, 0.35%, 0.34%,0.31%, 0.23%; and in the stems: 0.24%, 0.38%, 0.36%, 0.24%, 0.13%, 0.08%, 0.03%, 0.02%; the content of piefeltarraenin IA in roots was 0.18% in July and was not detected in other times of the whole year. Conclusion: The content of piefeltarraenin IA was highest in July and August, regarded the content of piefeltarraenin IA as standard, the optimum collection time of Picria fel-tarrae was in July and August. This research could provide scientific basis for optimizing the collection time and actualizing standard planting of Picria fel-tarrae.
