摘 要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红景天药材中的微量元素含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定6种不同来源的红景天中Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的含量。结果:红景天中含有丰富的微量元素,含量高低依次为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,含量测定方法学考察其加标回收率为92.71%~102.23%。结论:建立了红景天药材微量元素的分析方法,该方法快速、准确,稳定性好,可供红景天的质量控制及资源开发利用参考。Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata. Method: The trace elements including Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS. Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant. They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low, Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu. The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%. Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity, good stability, precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R. crenulata resources.
