摘  要:目的:探讨诃子中的鞣质成分对诃子汤制草乌中生物碱类成分的影响,解析蒙药诃子制草乌的炮制原理。方法:采用HPLC测定诃子汤制草乌、清水制草乌、去鞣诃子汤制草乌中新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱以及苯甲酰新乌头碱、苯甲酰乌头碱、苯甲酰次乌头碱的含量。结果:各炮制品中双酯型生物碱的含量:诃子汤制草乌(0.692 5%)>清水制草乌(0.565 7%)>去鞣诃子汤制草乌(0.493 8%);单酯型生物碱的含量:诃子汤制草乌(0.110 1%)>去鞣诃子汤制草乌(0.0833%)>清水制草乌(0.076 8%)。结论:鞣质可抑制生物碱类成分的溶出,使其缓慢水解进而达到降低毒性的作用。Objective:To explore the influence of tannins from Chebulae Fructus on aconitum alkaloids of Aconitum processed with Chebulae Fructus,and analyze the mechanism of how Chebulae Fructus effect on Aconitum kusnezoffii by process. Method: Processing Aconiti Kusnezoffii Ratix with Chebulae Fructus decoctions,pure water and Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins. Detecting the concentration of aconitine,hypaconitine,mesaconitine,benzoyl aconine,benzoyl hypaconitine and benzoyl mesaconitine by using HPLC method. Result: The concentration of biester-type aconitum alkaloids: processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions〉processed with pure water〉processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins. The concentration of monoester-type aconitum alkaloids: processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions〉processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins〉processed with pure water. Conclusion: Tannins can inhibit alkaloids dissolved out and make it slow to hydrolysis so that reduce the toxic effects.
