摘 要:对方剂的组方用药规律进行研究和总结,是传承中医防治疾病方法和手段的核心内容。从中医组方用药规律研究的方向和发展进程两个方面入手,总结中医组方用药规律研究的相关进展,在此基础上,提出传统的用药经验传承方法与计算机辅助的数据挖掘方法相结合将是中医组方用药规律研究和创新的发展趋势。在未来的发展中,一方面仍需重视传统的组方用药规律研究方法,将名老中医的学术思想和用药经验加以总结和传承;另一方面,创新相应的快捷、方便、实用的分析方法和工具尤为重要。中国中医科学院中药研究所将已有挖掘分析方法加以集成开发的中医传承辅助平台,为中医组方用药经验的传承提供了便利的有效工具,具有广阔的应用前景和实用价值。Formula is the major style of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical application. Study on medication regularity is the key inheritance content of the methods of TCM. This paper summarized the research methods and development of TCM medication regularity, in order to provide the information for deeply study. We proposed that the combination of traditional inheritance method and computer-assisted data mining method would be the development tendency of study on medication regularity of TCM. On the one hand, we must think highly of the traditional method to summarize the clinical experience and thought of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM; on the other hand, it is important to bring new ideas of analytical method and tool. TCM Inheritance Support System (TCMISS), which was exploited by Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese medical sciences, would be the utility implement to inherit the experience of TCM medication, and have extensive perspective and useful value.
