摘  要:溧阳抽水蓄能电站所在工程区域地下水丰富,存在不利地质问题,围岩安全稳定问题突出,施工难度和安全风险大。电站主坝为面板堆石坝,最大坝高165 m,坝体填筑量大且筑坝料源岩性复杂多样,既有软岩又有中硬岩,坝体变形和渗透稳定、土石方平衡问题突出。此外,在上水库库底防渗、上水库竖井式进/出水口施工、机组设计制造、800 MPa级钢岔管制作安装、混凝土骨料开采加工、施工期环保、工程造价控制等方面也存在一系列难题。对此研究确定了一系列的应对措施,希望能对类似工程建设起到一定借鉴作用。Because Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station locates in the area with rich groundwater and adverse geological conditions, the safety and stability of surrounding rocks are serious and the difficulty and risk of cavern excavation are also great. The main dam in upper reservoir is a concrete face rockfill dam with a maximum height of 165 m. The dam filling quantity is huge and the lithology of filling materials which include both soft rocks and mid-hard ones is complex, so the deformation and seepage control of dam and the balance of earth-rock are key difficulties to dam construction. In addition, there arc a series of difficulties in seepage control of upper reservoir bottom, construction of shaft-type upper inlet/outlet, design and production of generating sets, production and installation of 800MPa-grade steel branch pipes, mining and processing of concrete aggregate, environment protection in construction period and cost control. A series of measures for solving these difficulties are also proposed herein, and it is expected to provide references to other similar projects.
