摘  要:溧阳抽水蓄能电站地下厂房围岩地质条件复杂、地下水丰富,确保地下洞室围岩,特别是厂房顶拱的安全稳定是开挖支护的难点。通过超前降低地下水、顶拱预固结灌浆和超前地质勘探,提高围岩的自稳能力。开挖中严格执行"短进尺、弱爆破、勤支护"的施工程序,按照顶拱锚索钻孔、顶拱多点位移计安装、两侧导洞开挖支护、中墩开挖支护、系统锚索安装和拱脚预应力锚杆安装的工序进行。安全监测成果表明,施工中围岩变形得到了有效抑制,顶拱安全处于受控状态。厂房顶拱开挖提前2个月完成,取得了在不良地质条件下厂房开挖的良好成绩。The construction area of underground powerhouse in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station has a complex geological conditions and abundant groundwater, so the stability of surrounding rocks of underground caverns, especially of the crown arch, is the key of excavation. By advanced groundwater lowering, crown arch's pre-consolidation grouting and advanced geological exploration, the self stability of surrounding rock is improved. The principle of "Short footage, weak blasting and strong support" is strictly implemented in crown arch excavation which is conducted according to the procedures of arch anchor cable drilling, displacement meter installation, pilot tunnel excavation and support at two sides, middle pier excavation and support, system anchor cable installation and arch-foot pre-stressed anchor installation. The safety monitoring results indicate that the deformation of surrounding rock in construction is effectively suppressed and the security of crown arch is in a controlled state. The arch excavation completes two months in advance which is a good result of underground powerhouse excavation under adverse geological conditions.
