摘　　要：文章以医疗场域中的资本运作为切入点,通过对医护人员参与饭局现象进行"深描",一方面将"饭局"概念纳入到"亚制度交换"这一形式社会学的思路中进行理论剖析,探讨社会结构的交换基础;另一方面,则以"医疗场域"为关注重点,进行相关经验调查,并通过饭局频率的统计分析来揭示医疗场域的结构模型以及医生群体的实践模式,并提出对医疗场域运作规律的社会学解释。With the capital operation patterns in the medical field as a starting point and through an in- depth de- scription of the phenomenon that the medical staff attend ＂dinner party＂, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of such a formal sociological thoughts as incorporating the concept of ＂dinner party＂ into the sub - institutional ex- change to discuss the social structural foundations of the exchanging behavior on the one hand, and makes a relevant emperical investigation with ＂medical field＂ as the focus,reveals the structural model of the medical field and the practical pattern of the physician groups through statistical analysis of the frequency of dinner party and puts for- wards the sociological interpretation of the operating law in medical field on the other hand.
