摘 要:试验选用海兰褐父母代蛋种鸡,同一日龄、同一批育成鸡29117只分为两栋饲养。对照组采用16h传统光照程序,试验组采用"13+1h"光照程序,研究在非典型性新城疫发病应激状态下蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的变化。结果表明,鸡在该应激状态下,与传统16h光照相比,"13+1h"光照程序保证了产蛋率;极显著降低了破蛋率和死亡率(P<0.01);极显著提高了采食量(P<0.01),对夏季保证采食有利,并且可以弥补由于应激造成的生产性能下降;蛋黄颜色显著地深于对照组(P<0.05)。同时"13+1h"的光照程序减少了2h光照,达到了节能的效果。The experimental animals were 29 117 Hy-Line brown parent laying breeders hens,which were at the same age and same group. The experiment was divided into control group and experimental group. The control group took traditional fighting program,and the experimental group took "13+1 h" lighting program. The results showed that under the atypical Newcastle disease status, the "13+1 h" lighting program didn't decrease the laying rate, decrease egg broken rate and mortality significantly, increased feed consumption significantly, which was to guarantee feed consumption in summer,deepen the yolk color. Compared with traditional lighting, the "13+ 1 h" lighting program lessened 2 hour lighting.
