摘  要:提出一套"事前预测为主、事中监测为辅"的水化热预测分析流程。采用三维瞬态温度场理论建立水化热分析模型,应用概率统计方法确定关键参数,通过温度场与温度应力的分析确定结构热效应的影响,基于此制定针对性的测试方案与防裂预案。用该流程指导背景工程,实践表明:较好地解决了零号块浇筑的水化热问题,节约了测试成本,提高了现场工作效率。A prediction analysis flow focused on beforehand prediction and supplemented by in-event monitoring is proposed. The hydration heat analysis model is built by adopting the theory of three-dimen- sional transient temperature field, the key parameters are determined by probability statistics method, the heat effect of structure is determined by the analysis of temperature field and temperature stress, based on which, the targeted testing scheme and anti-cracking plan is established . The background project is in- structed with the above flow and the practice shows that the problem of hydration heat is better solved, the testing cost is saved and the field work efficiency is improved.
