氯溴异氰尿酸及其复配药液对家蚕主要病原体的消毒效果试验

摘　　要：氯溴异氰尿酸是一种高效、广谱的内吸性杀菌剂。将氯溴异氰尿酸与磷酸三钠或碳酸钠复配成不同浓度药液,对家蚕主要病原体进行消毒试验。0.125 g/L氯溴异氰尿酸药液对白僵菌、黄曲霉菌可达到100%的消毒效果,但对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)、家蚕质型多角体病毒(BmCPV)无消毒效果;在0.125 g/L氯溴异氰尿酸药液中添加10.0 g/L磷酸三钠或碳酸钠后,对BmNPV、BmCPV可达到100%的消毒效果。将磷酸三钠或碳酸钠添加到1.0 g/L氯溴异氰尿酸溶液中,对BmNPV、BmCPV具有100%消毒效果的最低添加浓度分别为1.0、0.5 g/L和2.0、1.0 g/L。氯溴异氰尿酸药液稳定,添加磷酸三钠或碳酸钠后的复配药液稳定性差,但添加磷酸三钠的稳定性优于添加碳酸钠的稳定性。综上初步认为,氯溴异氰尿酸与磷酸三钠混合的消毒药液可以应用于家蚕真菌病、病毒病主要病原的消毒,且药液宜现配现用。Chloroisobromine cyanuric acid is an efficient and broad-spectrum systemic fungicide. In present study, chloroisobromine cyanuric acid was mixed with sodium phosphate or sodium carbonate to prepare compound drug solution of different concentrations and used to do disinfection test on main pathogens of silkworm （Bombyx mori）. It was found that drug solution containing 0. 125 g/L chloroisobromine cyanuric acid had 100% disinfection effect against Beauveria bassiana and Aspergillus flavus, but had no effect against Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus （BmNPV） and cytoplasmic polyhedral virus （BmCPV）. The disinfection effect against BmNPV and BmCPV could reach 100% if 10.0 g/L sodium phosphate or sodium carbonate was added into drug solution of O. 125 g/L chloroisobromine cyanuric acid. For addition of sodium phosphate or sodium carbonate into 1.0 g/L chloroisobromine cyanuric acid solution, the lowest concentration of sodium phosphate and sodium carbonate were 1. O, O. 5 g/L and 2. O, 1.0 g/L respectively to ensure a disinfection effect of 100%. The chloroisobromine cyanuric acid solution was stable, but became unstable after addition of sodium phosphate or sodium carbonate. Yet the stability of chloroisobromine cyanuric acid mixed with sodium phosphate was better than that with sodium carbonate. Taken together, the disinfection solution of chloroisobromine cyanuric acid mixed with sodium phosphate can be used in disinfection against main pathogens of virus and fungus diseases in silkworm, and should be used soon after the solution is prepared.
