摘 要:详细评述了与磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿伴生铁矿石的脱硫选铁工艺及方法,包括阶段磨矿、阶段选别脱硫工艺、磁选—浮选联合脱硫工艺、焙烧—磁选—浮选联合脱硫工艺。结果表明:对于嵌布粒度细、含硫类型单一的铁矿石,适合采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别脱硫工艺;对于含硫类型多样的强磁性铁矿石,适合采用磁选—浮选联合脱硫工艺;对于含硫类型多样的弱磁性铁矿石,适合采用焙烧—磁选—浮选联合脱硫工艺。详细评述了脱硫浮选工艺中磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿的主要新型活化剂、新型捕收剂的研究及应用情况,并根据硫铁矿石的晶体结构特点分析了硫铁矿与活化剂、捕收剂的主要作用机理。结果表明:活化剂既能够去除吸附在硫铁矿表面的亲水物质,使之露出新鲜表面,又可以提高硫铁矿表面自身氧化电位,阻碍亲水物质进一步产生;捕收剂则能选择性地作用于硫铁矿表面,使矿物表面疏水。The paper reviewed in detail the desulfurization and dressing process and method of iron ore associated with pyrrhotite or pyrite, including stage grinding, stage dressing desulfurization process, desulfurization process combining magnetic separation and flotation, desulfurization process combining roasting, magnetic separation and flotation. The results showed that: for the iron ore with fine dissemination size and single type of sulfur, stage grinding and stage dressing desulfurization process was suitable; for the strong magnetic iron ore with various types of sulfur, desulfurization process combining magnetic separation and flotation was suitable; for the weak magnetic iron ore with various types of sulfur, desulfurization process combining roasting, magnetic separation and flotation was suitable. In addition, the paper narrated in detail the study and application of new activator and collector for pyrrhotite and pyrite in the desulfurization and flotation process, and analyzed main action mechanism of pyrites with activator and collector according to the crystal structural characteristic of pyrites. The results showed that: the activator was capable of removing the hydrophilic substance attached on pyrites surface to expose fresh surface, and improving the oxidation potential of the pyrites surface to hinder the further generation of hydrophilic substance; collector was capable of selectively acting on the pyrites surface to make the mineral surface hydrophobic.
