摘 要:针对提升机钢丝绳振动位移的检测方法进行了探究,考虑其结构及工作状态的特殊性和复杂性,提出了基于CCD(Charged Coupled Device)图像传感器的非接触检测方案。通过USB2.0通信方式采集数据,并传输到上位机,利用MATLAB软件进行FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation)变换,得到其时域、频域特性,实现了提升机钢丝绳振动位移量的检测。经现场验证,该方法有效、可靠,解决了钢丝绳位移检测困难的现状,对后续激励源的探究有重要意义。The methods of detecting vibrative displacement of the hoist wire rope were studied, and in view of the complexity and specificity of the structure and the working condition, noncontact detection method was proposed based on CCD (Charged Coupled Device) image sensor. The data acquired by means of USB2.0 communication mode was transmitted to the master computer, and MATLAB was applied to conduct FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation), in result the features of the time and l^equency domain were obtained, so as to realize the detection of the vibrative displacement of the hoist wire rope. The method proved effective and reliable through field application. It solved the difficulty in detecting the vibrative displacement of the hoist wire rope, which had significance for subsequent study of the excitation source.
