摘  要:为了掌握颚式破碎机推力板结构的振动特性,用SolidWorks软件对颚式破碎机推力板进行三维立体建模,然后用有限元软件ANSYS对导入的推力板三维立体模型进行有限元模态分析,得到推力板结构前6阶固有频率和对应的振型,最后对推力板固有频率的变化规律和振型特点进行研究。研究结果表明,推力板在发生共振破坏时,中间部分的两孔和两侧容易发生扭曲破坏;分析推力板在各个固有频率下的变形情况,对推力板的薄弱环节进行修改,以加强这些部分的强度,为推力板结构的优化设计提供依据;得到推力板基本振型下对应的固有频率,在实际应用中,应避开这些基本频率,以防止共振。In order to grasp the vibration characteristics of the thrust plate of the jaw crusher, SolidWorks software was applied to build 3D model of the thrust plate of the jaw crusher, and then the finite element software ANSYS was applied to conduct finite element modal analysis for the imported 3D model of the thrust plate. And then, natural frequencies and vibration shapes of preceding six orders were obtained, and variation laws of the natural frequencies and characteristics of the vibration shapes of the thrust plate were studied. The study results showed that while the thrust plate was destructing due to resonance, two holes on both sides of the middle part were prone to distorted destruction. In addition, after analyzing deformation status of the thrust plate at various natural frequencies, the weak part of the thrust plate was modified to enhance the strength, which offered references for structural optimization of the thrust plate. Moreover, natural frequencies of the thrust plate at basic vibration shapes were found out, these frequencies should be avoided in practical application so as to prevent resonance.
