摘 要:利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell,对矿用本质安全型电磁铁进行动静态性能仿真研究,得出其吸力、速度及位移等变化曲线,通过曲线分析简化了电磁铁设计方法的复算和验算。对比仿真结果和已有本质安全型电磁铁的数据,得出优化后的电磁铁吸合及释放时间均为112.5ms,且性能也有所改善。The finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell was applied to simulate and study the static and dynamic performance of mine-used intrinsically safe electromagnet, and variation curves about its suction, velocity and displacement were obtained. Through analyzing the variation curves, re-calculation and checking calculation of the electromagnet design were simplified. After comparing the simulation results with existent data of the intrinsically safe electromagnet, it was concluded that both the suction and release duration were 112.5 ms and the electromagnet performance improved.
