摘　　要：投入巨资的农家书屋工程实施五年,全覆盖要求大体完成,但距建设目标仅及一半,根源在于目标设计与农村现实的距离。改善策略有"借鸡下蛋"、"修正转向"、"管理转移"和"供管分离"等路径可供选择。It has been five years since the Farmer Book House Project was launched. Whereas the nationwide coverage is realized, the project remains halfway from the ultimate goal, considering the disparity between the project aims and the rural reality. The paper thus puts forth three options to revise the slrategy accordingly.
