佩戴香囊缓解冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨佩戴香囊对冠心病心绞痛患者进行护理的临床效应。方法选取62例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用佩戴香囊疗法进行护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的临床症状及心电图,并在干预前后超声检测左心射血分数及静脉采血检测血脂水平。结果干预后实验组在改善心绞痛临床症状、心电图方面均优于对照组,两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.01);实验组血脂水平的改善优于对照组(P<0.01),左心射血分数明显升高,与干预前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论敷贴疗法能有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状、心电图指标、左心射血分数及血脂水平,增强了冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。Objective To explore the use ot wearing sachet therapy on ease angina pectons. Method 62patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into control and experimental group, 31 cases in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing care, patients in experimental group were based on the use of wear ing sachet therapy for nursing intervention. The clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram efficiencies were detected after intervention. The LVEF by ultrasound and sample venous blood to determine the index of blood fat was meas ured and compared. Result The improvement of clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram effieiencies and index of blood fat in experimental group were superior to control group（P〈0.01）. The index of LVEF was increased compared with preintervention （P〈 0. 01）, and compared with thearing sachet therapy helps to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, electrocardio control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wegram effi ciencies, the index of LVEF and blood fat, and enhance the curative effect of angina pectoris.
