摘 要:为了解决陕北油田现用原油破乳剂脱水率低、污水含油和悬浮物多等问题,合成TA42和AR42两种嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂,并与助剂AB用不同比例复配,对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油,在55℃、破乳剂总用量100 mg·L^(-1)、脱水时间10 h,TA42与AB复配比例为3:2,AR42与AB复配比例为1:4时,脱水率最高,分别达到95.8%和99.7%;对子长原油,在65℃、破乳剂总用量200mg·L^(-1)、脱水时间10 h,TA42与AB复配比例为4:1,AR42与AB复配比例为3:2和2:3时,脱水率最高,分别达到99.3%和97.3%;复配破乳剂脱出的水清不含油,无悬浮物,油水界面整齐。In order to solve the problems that dehydration rate of the demulsifier is low, oil and suspended matter is much in wastewater separated from the oil emulsion by using demulsifiers in North Shaanxi oil fields, TA42 and AR42 multi-block polyether demulsifiers are synthesized, to combine with AB with different proportion. Dehydration experiments of the combinational demulsifiers have been done at 55℃ in 10 h and with demulsifier concentration of 100 mg.L^-1 for Hezhuangping crude oil and at 65℃ in 10 h and with demulsifier concentration of 200 mg.L^-1 for ZiChang crude oil in North Shanxi oil fields. The results show that for Hezhuangping crude oil, the dehydration rate and dehydration speed of combinational demulsifiers is highest to 95.8% and 99.7% when the proportion of TA42 to AB is 3:2, and AR42 to AB is 1:4. For Zichang crude oil, when the proportion of TA42 to AB is 4:1, AR42 to AB is 3:2 and 2:3, the dehydration rate of combinational demulsifiers is highest to 99.3% and 97.3%. There is no suspended matter, separated water is clear, interface between oil and water is homogeneous by using combinational demulsifiers.
