摘 要:在指出传统雨水基础设施规划建设具有忽略雨水资源化特点的基础上,阐明了基于LID理念重构城市雨水设施体系的意义。并通过对土壤渗透能力及年、日降雨量等条件进行分析的基础上,对干旱半干旱区城市入渗模式的渗透设施面积进行核算,提出了将小区的1/10面积建设为雨水花园从而实现雨水"零排放"的基础设施规划新思路。The traditional rainwater infrastructure planning ignored rainwater harvesting and reuse.The significance of restructuring urban rainwater facilities system based on low impact development was illustrated. The soil infiltration capacity as well as annual and daily rainfall was analyzed, and the areas of infiltration facilities in arid and semi-arid regions were accounted. A new infrastructure plan in which 1/10 of the residential area should be built into rainfall garden was put forward to achieve rainfall zero discharge.
