摘 要:按照钢纤维0、0.5%、1%、1.5%的体积掺量和聚丙烯纤维0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的体积掺量制作混杂纤维混凝土试件,进行四水平全面对比弯拉试验,以研究不同纤维类型和掺量对于混凝土弯拉强度的影响,并分析纤维的混杂效应。当体积掺量为钢纤维1.0%、聚丙烯纤维0.2%,弯拉强度提高了32.2%;当体积掺量为钢纤维1.0%聚丙烯纤维0.1%,弯拉强度提高了31.7%。混杂效应分析表明,存在正混杂效应和负混杂效应,当体积掺量为钢纤维0.5%、聚丙烯纤维0.1%,取得最优正混杂效应;最大负混杂效应则出现在总纤维掺量最大的试验组。4 volume ratios of steel fiber ( 0, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% ) and polypropylene fiber ( 0. 1%, 0.2%, 0.3 % ) were adopted to pouting hy-brid fiber reinforced concrete specimens.Bending tests were conducted to study the effects of volume ratio and types of fibers reinforced on concrete matrix, and the hybrid effects of fibers were analyzed.Flexural-tensile strength was improved 32.2% when the volume ratio was 1.0% for steel fiber and 0.2% for polypropylene fiber, the number of percent improvement was 31.7% when the volume ratio was 1.0% for steel fiber and 0.2% for polypropylene fiber.The results of test manifested that there were positive effects or negative effects in hybrid fiber reinforced concrete,most positive effects was detected for the specimen with 0.5% steel fiber and 0.l% polypropylene fiber in volume ratio, while the most negative effects related to the specimen with highest fiber volume ratio.
