工业副产石膏基玻化微珠保温砂浆的开发应用

摘　　要：开发了一种以工业副产石膏为复合胶凝材料为基料,玻化微珠为轻质保温料的保温砂浆。重点研究了保温砂浆的配合比,即以脱硫石膏、磷石膏和粉煤灰为胶凝料,配合可再分散乳胶粉、高效复配激发剂、聚丙烯纤维、羧甲基纤维素等外加剂与玻化微珠复配,产品性能指标可达到GB/T 20473—2006《建筑保温砂浆》要求。同时指出了玻化微珠保温砂浆的一些施工要点。项目大量使用工业固废物,也属于工信部《大宗工业固体废物综合利用"十二五"规划》重点支持领域,经济社会效益显著。It developed a kind of thermal insulation mortar,with plaster composite cement materials for base using industrial by-product gypsum, and vitrified microsphere for lightweight heat preservation material.The key point of this study was formulation of thermal insulation mortar, in which desulfurization gypsum, gypsum and coal ash are cement material, re-dispersible emulsion powder, efficient stimulate agent,polypropylene fiber, and carboxyl methyl cellulose were additives blending with vitrified microsphere.Product performance index could meet the requirements of GB/T 20473--2006 ＂Construction insulation mortar＂.It pointed out the insulation mortar beads of some of the key points of construction. The use of industrial solid waste meet key support field of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with high economic and social benefits.
